Purchasing a house in this market is no easy task, and while doing it from out of state on a tight timeline seemed like an impossible task but Chantelle pulled through and landed a perfect home for my family and I. She answered all my questions with grace and showed great insight into knowledge of the market. I'm not some one who usually writes reviews, in fact I mostly avoid them. But I had to write one for Chantelle because she is truly exceptional! Chantelle is a pleasure and is super easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable, professional, transparent, timely, communicative and knows where to spend money! She made what could have been a stressful process feel fun and I can not recommend her enough. She deserves 10 stars! Chantelle is a stellar negotiator who delivered in a changing market. Her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I highly recommend Chantelle and truly believe you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't call her!

Chantelle was so helpful during our purchase. She was knowledgeable in the area that we were searching and knew the market and pricing well. She was so friendly and was a great communicator, we were kept informed throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond and react when it came to choosing our home, putting in the offer and working with the lender. She explained the property taxes to us and helped us understand more about the HOA fee’s and regulations. Thank you Chantelle, we’re forever grateful!

Chantelle is an excellent realtor. She helped guide us through finding and ultimately purchasing our first home. During our search she provided daily listing updates for homes matching our needs and answered every question we had. Once it was time to start putting in offers on homes Chantelle would have ready quickly which was important especially with how competitive the market has been. With Chantelle as our realtor the experience of purchasing our first home was frustration free and we couldn’t be happier. In a hectic market like this, it'd be impossible to make a deal happen without a relentless realty team like Big Block.

Chantelle was incredibly helpful in the search for our first home purchase. We began the search with another realtor, but he lacked the level of attention shown to us and initiative that Chantelle provided. Chantelle was diligent in sending over new listings frequently and helped measure and set our expectations on walkthroughs, and often took hours out of her day to come with us to viewings. Chantelle’s connections on the contractor/inspector side of the business also helped us make easy calls when we saw homes that were almost what we wanted but needed some work. Given that we were working on a strict budget limit and in a highly competitive market, Chantelle masterfully navigated the market landscape and helped us find an incredible first home very close to our most desired neighborhood.
I can confidently say that had we stuck with the first realtor we worked with, we would not have been as happy with the end result. Chantelle is great at what she does and is also a great person. We could not have asked for someone better to help us purchase our first home. We would highly recommend Chantelle to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Chantelle was amazing helping us find a home in Carlsbad. It was a crazy market, and she made it happen. I knew she was a good person when I asked her what she would do in response to a particular counteroffer we received. After all of the time she had spent with us (it was a lot!!), she said that if it were her, she’d be gone. An agent more interested in their time and commission would have easily convinced us to go a little higher to finalize the deal. Thanks to her honesty, we ultimately ended up finding something that better fit our needs/wants. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, always quick to respond, etc. We would definitely work with Chantelle again.
