We've been looking for a house for a year but with the competitive market we were always getting outbid. By chance, we met Chanthol in an open house and we pretty much hit it off from the start, like old friends. Within two weeks of working with her, we finally had an offer accepted which was amazing. I don't think we would have a house today if we didn't work with Chanthol.

If you need a realtor, I don't think you could do any better than her. Chanthol goes above and beyond what a typical realtor does and will be with you every step of the way. She held our hand on every process and communicated every single time. As a first time buyer, this was very helpful for me since I was not familiar with the process. I would highly recommend her if you need a realtor.
