Char was nothing short of amazing from pointing items out during showings that I would not have noticed, her knowledge of known issues in neighborhoods I was considering, and protecting me as a buyer in the contracting process. She worked with me over several months to find the right property and the process was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Char has earned my business for life. There is absolutely no one else I would trust with my real estate transactions!

I've known char since she became not only a decorator but a dear friend when my partner& I met her @ homemakers .
This woman truly has more spunk & motivation than I could ever imagine. She's done so many remarkable things& accomplished so much just through her willpower and absolute love & carrying she has that comes naturally. I'm telling you if you ever ever Ever, need something done & done right, Char is one lady you can count on.
Char, for everything you have done for Wayne and I, thank you so very much. An angel walked into our lives that cold rainy Saturday afternoon when we met.

I just bought my first home with the help of Char, and it absolutely would not have been possible without her! Since this was my first time, she helped to educate me on everything I needed to know and look out for. She truly put all of my needs first. I felt so safe secure and reassured during the whole process, feelings that I didn’t expect to have during this process. She helped me find a perfect home for me, in a great neighborhood, and made the whole process easy-peasy! Her communication, flexibility, and dedication are phenomenal. Char and her team were nothing but amazing. We had to relocate from San Diego to Iowa in a very short amount of time. Finding a home is stressful but finding a home in a complete different state remotely and pregnant is a whole new type of stress. Char was very hands on with us and was so patient with us. Considering we could not physically go see homes she went above and beyond to record all the walk through and even did it live with us. She also did work while in a different country. That’s awesome. Even after we closed she still text me and checks in. Love her and her staff. If you’re looking for a realtor who actually cares for her clients do not hesitate to reach out to her. It felt so natural and not a business deal. Can’t say how much we appreciate you Char!!

We worked with Char to buy a new, bigger house and fix up and sell our townhouse. She always went above and beyond when we were looking at homes. She stuck with us through over 40 home showings, traveling as far as over an hour at points just so we could look at places outside of des moines. She helped us get through the long process of fixing up our townhouse to be able to sell it after we found our new home. We can't say enough good things about how much she helped us out over about a years time. If anyone is ever looking for a realtor that will truly get you through the process of buying or selling a home, She is definitely the one to pick. She always was able to help us make the tough choices and let us know when something wasn't a good option for us. She definitely became a good friend as well. We will recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor and hope to work with her again in the future once our boys are out of the house and we want to find our next home.

I was a first time buyer and didn't really know what to look for or what I wanted. I probably looked at over 50 homes. Char was amazing- she was patient and understanding with me. I was pretty anxious about buying but she made my overall experience smooth and actually quite fun! I highly recommend anyone that is selling or buying to use Char as a realtor. My first involvement with Char with regard to real estate was when as a friend she consulted with my parents on the sale of a unique property that was hard to value. Her knowledge, communication skills, and patience were truly top shelf, and her advice ended up being spot on. She later helped my daughter and niece buy their first homes as their agent and again with the utmost skill and professionalism. She is definitely one of the best.
