About Charity

In January 2019 Charity completed her real estate training at Hondros College and became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio. For her outstanding sales performance and professional development, she was selected as the 2019 SVR Rookie of the Year by our local association. Charity has dedicated her time and talents to several or our real estate association activities such as: Read Across the Valley, SVR Opioid Alliance Committee, The Buck Fifty, Veterans golf outing, and SVR drug take back day. For her efforts she was awarded the "Tomorrow's Leaders Today" from the SVR board. Charity has found her place in assisting buyers and sellers guiding them through the selling and purchasing process. In 2021 Charity was elected to the Scioto Valley Association Board of Directors. She continues to give her time and energy to numerous committees and community involvement. Charity is excited to be living her dream of being a real estate agent stating, “I would love to assist you with your real estate needs.”
