Charity McMinn

Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Charity Tyson McMinn lived in east Charlotte until she moved to Union County to attend Sun Valley High School in Matthews, NC. After graduating she lived in Charlotte, Monroe, and SC before landing in Gaston County in 2004.

Along with her extensive knowledge of the Charlotte metro area, Charity brought with her a passion for service and building relationships from her background in restaurant/retail management. Despite her time in those industries, real estate was something that she always wanted to dive into and make a real difference in people’s lives.

Charity believes that success is built upon the strength of the relationship. It is this belief that guides Charity in every interaction she has with her clients, and it is her natural ability to form these connections that allows both her and her clients to succeed in the Charlotte Metro real estate market. The relationship is what matters most to her because she knows that the relationship is the foundation for overall success and satisfaction.

When she is not selling homes, Charity loves spending time with her husband and 3 kids, watching Panther’s football, recruiting/teaching new agents and watching her kids play sports.
