I can’t say enough great things about Charity Moreno. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and always goes the extra mile. I decided to have Charity list our house because I knew with work, preparing for a move, and just life in general—I needed personal attention that I knew I wouldn’t get with other realtors. It was the best decision hands down! Her attention to detail is impeccable. She sold our condo in less than 30 days, was responsive and involved every step of the way, and problem solved the little hiccups that could have derailed our closing without needing me to intervene. I am forever indebted to Charity for making the process so smooth and easy.

Charity dod an outstanding job selling my house.
Charity was there with me in every step of the way, she was there to answer any questions I had, she was there for me when i was worried or stressed.

Working with Charity to sell one home and buy another was so rewarding. She let us set the pace, never rushing us or pushing past where we were comfortable, and yet stayed patient with our endless questions and concerns. She was incredibly responsive, which was so reassuring in what can be a very anxiety provoking experience. Have already recommended to friends and would work with her again in a heartbeat, if we ever decide to move in the future.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Charity! She was always available for any of our concerns and was even able to calm down my very high level of anxiety. She helped us find a gem in the suburbs east of baltimore which was a difficult feat. Everything went so smoothly, she is so incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond the realtor roles and knows the ins and outs of everything! 10/10 highly recommend!

Charity Moreno...What can I say about this amazing woman! She is the hardest working person in real estate! From start to finish, Charity made me feel like I was her only client. She guided me through the process to sell my house, even bringing over her own items for staging and enlisting her mother to fill up some air mattresses for the beds!
Selling my home after 23 years was such an emotional process for me, but Charity was there every step of the way. I went to closing, less than 1 month from when my house went on the market.
