Charlene Huegen

I’d like to take a minute to introduce myself. I have been with Equity Realty Group since 2002. I specialize in the buying and selling of residential, commercial and land sales and try to make each as easy as possible. Being by your side through the listing/buying process from contract, through inspections, assisting with any lending questions you have and to closing. I will be by your side. Whether it’s getting you in your new home or moving on to the next stage in your life, it should be an exciting time.

I grew up in Bartelso and currently live there. I have two sons and five grandsons. Being involved in the community is important to me. I have been an officer on the Bartelso Parent/Teacher Organization, Past President of the Breese Chamber of Commerce, leader in Bartelso Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts and an officer for the Catholic Holy Family Society.

Prior to joining Equity Realty Group I worked at Spring Valley Dental Group in O’Fallon for 27 years, 23 chairside and four as receptionist.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois (RASI)
