Charlene Malaska is an experienced Arizona Real Estate Agent & Luxury Home Specialist with deep roots in the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As co-founder of The Malaska Team, she works alongside her daughter Jennifer Malaska serving clients throughout Arizona’s premier communities in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Gilbert, and Queen Creek. Together, Charlene and Jennifer bring 41 years of Combined Real Estate experience, providing strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, and a seamless client experience from consultation to closing. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Charlene’s foundation in Real Estate began early. Her father was a Real Estate Broker, giving her exposure to the business from a young age. Before launching her Real Estate career, Charlene spent many years working in sales, developing strong communication and negotiation skills that continue to benefit her clients today. In 2001, Charlene began her Real Estate career in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has been dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence ever since. Her professionalism, discipline, and unwavering commitment to client success have made her a trusted advisor to many families over the years. Charlene has also lived a life enriched by travel and global experiences. She and her family spent three memorable years living in Japan while supporting her husband’s Golf career. Her husband, renowned Golf Instructor Mike Malaska, has been recognized among the Top Golf Instructors in the world and is also a recipient of the PGA of America’s highest honor, PGA National Teacher of the Year (2011). Family remains at the heart of everything Charlene does. She is proud to work side-by-side with her daughter Jennifer, who started her Real Estate career in 2010 and is her trusted partner on The Malaska Team. Her other daughter, Ashley Moss, is a Holistic Nutrition Specialist and Golf Professional. For Charlene, Real Estate is more than a profession; it is about building lasting relationships and helping clients find not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
