Charles and Sue are the consummate professionals. We bought our new home and sold our old home through them. They made the process so easy. They always kept in touch to inform us of signing dates, and a timeline so that we were in our new home very quickly. Sue Doepp is simply the best in Real Estate! I have worked with Sue while buying two homes and selling another, she is very prompt at responding to emails, calls, or texts and makes you feel as if you are her only client. I was impressed with her negotiating skills on my behalf as well as her integrity and honesty. She works hard to make sure her clients are happy, and always seems to have her client's best interests at heart. I have a friend who also utilized her skills in purchasing a home so I can attest that she is attentive to the unique needs of each of her clients. I will ALWAYS choose Sue Doepp in any kind of real estate transaction, as she is exceptional at what she does.

We had an amazing experience working with Sue and Charles Doepp on our recent real estate purchase in Mukilteo, WA. They were extremely professional, resourceful and genuinely cared for our best interests as we talked through all our options and our long term plans. They did extensive research to find the right properties that met our needs, scheduled showings, had debriefs on pros/ cons etc. On selected properties, they worked at all hours to prepare competitive applications, made updates and got us through a successful offer in a matter of 1-2 days. After the offer acceptance, they worked closely with the seller/agent to get all formalities taken care of, with minimal lag time, and in merely couple weeks, we were able to move in. They work at a lightening speed, and make sure that all the paperwork in the process is double verified/tightly sealed. Sue is an amazing real estate agent and resource when it comes to buying a home. She is detail oriented, strategic, quick and the ideal person you want to have on your team. My husband and I had no clue what we were getting ourselves into when it came to buying a home for the first time, especially in this market. Sue provided answers to all of our questions day and night, she was always there for us, I truly had my full trust in her. It really takes an “A” team to cross the finish line in this market and she brought us there. Sue was strategic in recommending a mortgage company (American Pacific Mortgage with Jeff Judy) whom she and her team work very close with to provide all the behind the scene work that made it all happen. We are VA and all the rumors and talk say it’s impossible to make a VA loan go through, well we had the perfect team and made it happen. It’s hard to boil down in a few words what my partnership with Sue has meant to my family. In short we are living in our forever home because of her. We recently purchased a home with Sue and Charles Doepp as our agent. The real estate market is very competitive from a buyer's perspective. Sue worked with us well ahead of time to plan for the day we found the house we wished to purchase. This was key to being able to make a strong offer the same day the house came on the market.

The seller had five offers to review, just one day after the home was on the market. This could have turned into an expensive bid situation. Sue provided us with excellent, comparable recent sales to help us judge whether we should increase our original offer. We elected to increase our offer $4,500.00 based on the information provided. Our offer was selected by the buyer without getting into a bid situation. Our offer was $7,500.00 below the highest offer received by the seller. Sue's seasoned negotiating skills were the reason our offer was accepted.

We never felt pushed by Sue to purchase this house. She provided us current market information to allow us to make an informed purchase decision. She understands the purchase process well and advised us what we needed to know to make our decision.

Following acceptance of our offer, Sue coordinated the closing paperwork. She is a strong communicator. As with most people, we don't buy or sell a house often. We appreciated the timeliness of Sue's advice. The entire purchase process, from planning to close, was smooth. The escrow service pre-closed our transaction two days early.

We not only heartily recommend Sue and Charles Doepp when buying a home, but will absolutely use them again.

Sue is the ultimate professional. Sue's knowledge of the King and Snohomish county real estate market is always on point. When the covid pandemic started in spring of 2020, we were given the opportunity to relocate from Lake Stevens, WA to Merritt Island, FL. Sue helped us navigate through through the decision of "pricing to sell" going into an unknown time in market. She worked closely with our relocation company to partner on getting the house listed when we needed it. Her marketing associates created an awesome website with drone videos and 4 page flyer which generated an opening weekend of over 15 requests to view our home. During the peak of the pandemic, Sue made sure our home was going to be safe and that potential buyers respected the temporary restrictions in place by the state government. In just 3 days on the market we got 8 offers. While the offers were coming in, Sue was working with the buyers agents to make sure the offers were competitive. Sue exceeded our expectations in selling our home. Sue also helped us buy this home in 2012 and 8yrs later was there for us when we needed her.
