Kristi made everything about our cross country move easy. From last minute showings, face time homes we couldn't get to, late night texts and panicking about the weather as we moved from California. Chuck and team were incredible with the sale of my dad’s house- walked me through every step of the process, met me multiple times on-site as needed, and was a fantastic representative with all parties involved. We had an issue with the other party’s logistics (nothing to do with either of us) and Chuck and his team resolved the problem by being proactive and taking a new direction, keeping the closing and all funds on track! I highly recommend Chuck and his team for either buying or selling- their straight forward approach and continuous feedback/ communication is the best I have had over my 6 or so home sales!

Working with Chuck was a real treat! He helped us find the perfect home, negotiate a reasonable offer, and close the deal! He was also with us during the final walk through where we found a couple unexpected issues that Chuck got on quickly and negotiated a resolution. Professional, honest, caring and a great communicator.

Wait, that's not all - Chuck also sold our home. He did his homework, came prepared with local comps, market analysis, and helped us determine a fair price for the listing. His stager gave us some great advice. The first day it was on the market brought multiple offers, and the first family through purchased the home. We had a lot of fun working with Chuck and his team!

Bought our first home with Chuck. New to the home market, we were really not sure what we needed and looked at several homes. Chuck was always happy to schedule appointments and show the places. Never did he try to rush us into buying a home. He quickly understood our likes and dislikes and helped us narrow our search better.

He walked us through the whole process, making sound recommendations and providing valuable inputs along the way.

Chuck was AMAZING and went the extra mile like no agent with whom I have ever worked. I have had 5 previous real estate transactions with 5 different realtors and felt they were all "okay". We went with Chuck on the 6th one because he lived in the neighborhood across from us. My husband ran his own business working closely with the public and is a good read of character. He had an initial meeting with Chuck and was confident we should use him. Our wonderful experience with Chuck proved to me that all agents are NOT the same. Chuck was always on top of everything and seemed to be anticipating the next step. He stands out among the others by far. This transaction took place 10 months ago and still today my funny husband will tell me "It's time to Callup Gollop"--regardless of what just happened---I burned dinner, dropped something, got frustrated by a fellow driver....
For those of you reading reviews (which I tend to do as well), perhaps you'll notice there are 8 reviews on here that score Chuck very low. Please note these are all tied to ONE transaction. Francis and Maddie, I'm sorry you had a negative experience but feel it is unfair and misleading to have relatives and friends skew the overall ratings of anyone's review.
I have no lengthy history with Chuck--I just met him last year, but as I mentioned, my husband ran his own business and when you rely on word of mouth, you are at the mercy of the general public to be fair and reasonable, which is what I've attempted to be here.

After my husband retired from the Air Force this past summer, we moved back to Minnesota and Chuck assisted us in the purchase of our first home August 2019. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor! He was so very patient and organized every time we went out looking at homes. His expertise and honesty was invaluable for us! Chuck has additionally built a great team of resources for his clients (i.e. inspectors, etc). We truly believe he has his clients best interest in mind during the entire buying process. Chuck Gollop help me sell my townhouse, sell my boyfriend’s single family house and helped us both fund our dream house. Even though we were faced with a few hurdles along the way, Chuck made it all possible and went above and beyond to get our homes sold and dream house purchased. People need to remember no real estate transaction is flawless and things always come up unexpectedly and most things are messy.. selling/buying real estate is risky business and we all take the risk when we sign at the bottom line. Chuck made us feel 100% confident that all transactions etc would get done and we would be happy. He was absolutely right and we will use him again when we decide to move again in the future!!

We were recommended Chuck by a family member who had worked with him professionally. She knew we had not had the greatest experience with our first realtor. This time we sold our current home and bought our next one. The experience was both professional and personal. We got more than we asked for on our home. With his help we had it listed within a couple weeks of contacting him. It sold within the weekend we posted it and we closed in about a month. Because it sold so fast we had to hurry and find our new home. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. He was dedicated and spent a lot of time walking through homes until we found the perfect fit. He even was able to work it out so we could move in in time before we closed on our other house. We will be contacting him when we are ready to move forward with buying our country home!
