There is no experience like the Holloway Experience. Charlie and Charles Holloway are by far the best realtors. Charlie walked me through every step of the home buying and selling process (this is my third real estate deal with him). He not only informed me of the why but took the time to educate me on every step of this process. I highly recommend you to go through the Holloway experience.

There are so many positive things that I can say about Charles Holloway and his team of real estate experts. For one, the experience was phenomenal-they made buying a home out of state seamless in the midst of Covid pandemic and rising interest rates. They were patient with my family and answered all the questions we had. They have so many connections to other companies in the 757 Hampton Roads area that we didn’t have to do much work at all to close on our dream home. Charles and his partner Marie work effectively together and Marie is so great to work with as well-she is professional and has exceptional customer service. My wife and I have honestly accomplished our goal of buying a forever home but we also managed to build new friendships along the way. The only thing I had to do was the paperwork. Mr. Holloway took care of the rest. He made the process so easy for me. I had just lost my husband and had to move back to VA. I was a mess but Mr. Holloway helped me find a home I could afford on my own. I have no regrets. That was in 2013, and I still call him when I need him and he’s never disappointed me. Charles Holloway was the 2nd realtor that we contacted after deciding to sell out house. He guaranteed that he could sell our house for $50,000 more than what the first realtor estimated and he followed through!! Selling is scary but Charles and Marie took care of all the hard work. All we had to do was pack and sign at closing! I can’t recommend the Holloway experience enough and as long as they’re in business I will ALWAYS use them, hands down. Even years after working with them, we are still invited to events (phenomenal events by the way!) and included in the Holloway family! You will not be disappointed!

Working with Charles Holloway and the Holloway Experience team was a great experience. Charles is good at what he does! Our home posted for sale on a Monday afternoon and by that same Monday evening, we had an interested buyer. By the next day (Tuesday) we had an offer (above the asking price) and by Wednesday, we were under contract. Administrative Assistant Ariana always seemed to go above and beyond to make sure that we were well informed of what was happening during the various stages of the selling process. Ultimately, Ariana is one of the most thorough and customer-friendly administrative professionals with whom I have ever worked. The whole experience was virtually painless for us as the seller and I would highly recommend Charles Holloway and the Holloway Experience team for your real estate needs.

We bought a house from him sight-unseen and he was trustworthy, patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable throughout the home buying process. We love our home.
