Charles G. Horn is a trusted real estate advisor & consultant, possessing strong marketing, sales, negotiation, and transaction management skills, specializing in the Central, NJ area (including Somerset, Mercer, Middlesex, and Hunterdon Counties). Charles has an extensive background in residential & commercial real estate, including Land; business leadership; Glazer-Kennedy style marketing; and, offline & online marketing. Mr. Horn is licensed as a Broker-Associate in NJ. Charles has earned many awards and designations during his 14 year career in real estate. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). He is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) which enables him to help clients find the best possible alternatives and solutions, during difficult financial times, and he has the CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations, as well. He has completed 4 out of 5 highly-coveted, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) courses, many taken at NYU, to date. Charles has been a resident of Montgomery Township, in Somerset County, for more than 20 years.
