Charles Munn

Charles is a member of the S.C. Association of Realtors and Realtor Association of The Greater Pee Dee. Has earned the designations of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), At Home with Diversity and is e-Certified.

Prior to becoming a realtor he worked with Delta Mills Inc., owner of Munn Hardware Co. and CDM Development, LLC. His other affiliations include past president of the Pamplico Lions Club, Pee Dee Realtor Association Board member for 2014 and 2015, Vice President of Pee Dee Realtors Association in 2020, President Elect of the Pee Dee Realtors Association in 2021, treasurer for the Pee Dee Area Friends of NRA from 2005 until 2019, and was a Circle Park Behavioral Health Services board member.

He prides himself in taking his time with each client and paying particular attention to their individual home/land buying or selling needs. Along with residential real estate he specializes in estates, land, farms and rural areas.
