I have been in the housing market for about 2 years now and I gotta say if it wasn’t for Charlie’s attentive personality, and his presence in the entire process I would of been given up after the first couple of months. Charlie is the type of realtor you can reach out to at any point in time, and he’ll answer with a very caring attitude. Charlie is more than a realtor. If you are fortunate to work with Charlie you will realize that he goes above and beyond what the typical realtor does. Charlie is punctual, very detailed and is excellent with his communication. Good or bad he will keep you in the loop and is always putting his clients first. Charlie listens to the needs of his clients and matches the available inventory that best fits. In a perfect world every client would get everything they are looking for. Charlie provides as much as the client desires at the price point they can live with. Charlie also return calls, I know right, he will return your call (and that includes weekends). There is no perfect realtor but I feel like Charlie is as close to perfect as it gets.

Since the first day I met Charlie Parrilla, 24 years ago, I was very impressed by his great and fluently communication skills and engaging with people seeing them for the first time. Also his commitment and excellence doing his job in every field he engage with is very impressive: photograph, loans, Real Estate, and lately mentoring and coaching new and experienced RE agents.

He has proven to be very talented with great memory skills, very fluent in both English and Spanish, very honest, as well as passionate and clear teaching concepts and skills as a RE mentor and coach in that field. To my fellow Veteran’s, I want to share with you, that there is no better experience than to have
a person who is by your side, really fighting for you. A person who truly cares, and has the knowledge and experience to negotiate on your behalf for the price and terms of your future home.
I feel that there is no better time to buy a home than now, mainly because of the previous bidding wars that are now coming to an end. Hopefully we will see a buyer’s market again soon!
Although we did look at a lot of properties, and put in many offers, Charlie always remained positive that the right home for us was out there!
My experience with Charlie Parrilla was amazing! First of all thank God for loving me so much and for giving me a husband that loves me enough to plan, the dream with me, and work together with me to make our dreams come true. A big shout out to our good friend Charles Parrilla for his patients and tenacity. We first embarked in this house hunting journey about a year and a half ago. At first it was really hard trying to buy in a sellers market and when we were about to give up Charlie managed to keep us motivated.
When we decided to go for a brand new construction I thought he was going to say ”ok I am out of here”, but him and his team walked with us through it all. Chad Rankin and his team were always so kind and patient with us through the entire time, and Attorney Israel Fermin was always so professional. Some people told us we could had done it on our own, but the piece of mind of having a team of caring professionals behind you is priceless. Last but not least is the amazing Blair team and all the contractors that always treated us with dignity and respect, answering our many questions without any complains. Thank you all! It was really worth the wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I first want to say that the transitioning into my 1st and only home was very fluent and less stressful from the stories I've heard from other 1st time home buyers and the realtors that assisted them. .. I was hit with an eviction due to a family emergency on the part of the Condo owner, and had 30dys to vacate. Overwhelmed at the thought of coming up with 1st last and security (and apartment) I was forced to try to find a place that suited me(cause I definitely wasn't settling). After many frustrating days a friend referred Charlie and was the best thing that could happen. I wasn't actually looking for a house just help finding the right apartment, but speaking with Charlie and working with him, he asked if I ever considered my own that way you wouldn't have to worry about being put in a position like I was in.. Charlie was very sure if I gave him a chance he can find me my 1st home... I can honestly say his words matched EVERYTHING he was sure of, his team that he affiliates with was beyond efficient and attentive making sure I understood the process in its entirety and wouldn't hesitant to refer him and his amazing crew to anyone looking to become a 1st time home buyer.. My closing is next week and in a little over a month I'm officially a 1st time home buyer!! 🙏 I don't have pictures as of yet but I will post. 😁

If he couldn't answer the phone he would send me a text that he would return call and he always did!
