Charlie not only worked tirelessly to help us in finding the right house but he also provided the assistance in wading through the myriad of paperwork and bureaucracy that has become the hallmark of purchasing a home. He was there throughout every aspect of the new home purchase including providing moral support during what can be an overwhelming process. I knew Charlie's wife, so when we decided to move I thought I'd give them the benefit, I was the one who benefited. I repaired my roof but unfortunately the guy was a scammer, Charlie straightened out what was good and what had to be redone and arranged for it, got it going and kept me appraised. I found out the house I was buying need the pipes replaced, then found out the pipes in my old house need to be replaced before we could sell. Charlie found the plumber and arranged the whole thing, followed the progress and reported regularly. The buyer continually came back for price reductions on lots of little things, Charlie was the one who fielded those requests for me and made recommendation on how to handle it. I moved out of state on March 1 and my house sold late August. Charlie took care of the all the problems in that time period. This could have been a nightmare but Charlie made it all work.
