Charles has been a Hilton Head Island resident since 1972, married, father of three daughters, and grandfather to three grandsons and three granddaughters. We have been very involved in the Community by serving on many Boards, to include The Hilton Head Symphony, Technical College of the Lowcountry, Volunteers in Medicine, Coastal Discovery Museum and the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry. Also very involved in the Realtor Association as President twice and honored as Realtor of the Year three times, 1999, 2006, 2015. In 2025 Charles earned the National Association of REALTORS Emeritus status.
