I consulted Charles Shengena when I needed to rent/and/or buy a house. The moment I told him about what I needed we immediately sat down to discuss my needs. Charles took his time to show me many houses and was very patient and respectful. Several times I picked houses and almost signed a contract just to cancel in the middle of it. He always had better recommendations. He even negotiated prices and some repair work for the house that I'm in now. I bought this house because of his efforts and encouragement. I’m glad I had him as my Real estate agent. I still receive help and advice from him. I recommend Charles Shengena for any house buyer and seller. He knows his job.
I appreciate the good work that Charles has done and continues to do and the memorable gift.
