I've known and worked with many realtors over the years and have found Charlie to be the absolute best in the business. With our most recent project, Charlie, stood by us for over 2 years, through the pandemic and ever changing circumstances to help us find the perfect facility for our business. Charlie has been dedicated during every showing, phone call or site walk-through. He has been eager to find answers to questions, set up meetings, and make connections on our behalf. This is the third project I have worked on with Charlie (both for business and personal) and each time he has really gone above and beyond all expectations. If more stars were an option, I would gladly give them. He has my Highest recommendation!

We had a great experience with Charlie when buying our first house. He has a combination of experience, genuine care for his clients, and knowledge of the market that makes a stressful experience a lot more manageable. Charlie was always a text, email, or call away on weekends, after 5pm, was willing to set up showings at a minute's notice--he never stopped working for us and made sure we were genuinely happy with our purchase in a challenging market. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I went through 2 realtors before we found a realtor we liked. Anybody would be lucky to have Charlie as their realtor. With the housing market the way it is right now, a responsive realtor is key to seeing and bidding on new listings before they are gone. Responsiveness was one of the main characteristics I was looking for in a realtor, but he is also professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, humorous and kind. He made what is normally a stressful process, a fun one. We almost didn't want to purchase anything because we had so much fun chatting with and looking at homes/land with Charlie that we wanted to keep hanging out with him. I truly believe that he treats everyone, no matter their age or the size of their budget, the same. Great guy!

Charlie was awesome to work with! This was our first buying experience and I’m glad we went with him! We originally came from Montana and with the market decided on sight unseen. Charlie looked and videoed with us a few houses which ended up being a no go. Every time we found a possible house if it was still available he got a showing so quickly. He never once seemed annoyed when we called and said we found a possible one! He also sent us an email with houses on the market. He helped us with his knowledge on how much we should offer. We eventually found our dream house and we got it! He helped tremendously!! Charlie, thank you for everything you did! I love our new house!!!

Charlie Weaver is an excellent Real Estate Agent! My husband and I highly recommend Charlie Weaver when purchasing a home in the Traverse City area! Charlie worked with my husband and I as "out of town" purchasers on every level needed! At times it was necessary for us to Face-Time! He made sure to fit us into his schedule when we were able to drive to TC! Charlie has an excellent eye for property pros & cons. He was dedicated to finding a home that fit our needs financially and location! Charlie knows the market! A true professional, trustworthy and Fun to work with.
