Charles Yin

With over 20 years of experience in finance, hospitality, and real estate investment, I take a strategic, hands-on approach to identifying and maximizing high-value opportunities. I spent the first decade of my career at Goldman Sachs, honing my expertise in equities markets, investment analysis, and deal structuring at the highest level. Transitioning into hospitality, I co-founded and expanded a successful restaurant group to over 10 locations, leading concept development, commercial construction, operations, and negotiating complex commercial leases.

My passion for service, experience, and hospitality goes beyond restaurants I believe that whether in dining or real estate, success comes from understanding people, anticipating needs, and delivering excellence. As a Sommelier, my love for wine and cocktails is always a highlight at social gatherings, deepening my appreciation for craftsmanship and provenance qualities I now bring to real estate.

I’ve built a diverse real estate portfolio, including luxury short-term rentals in Austin, Nashville, Beaver Creek, and Scottsdale, and single-family rentals, commercial properties, and luxury home-building in Paradise Valley. As a licensed real estate agent, I combine my industry expertise and hospitality-driven mindset to help clients navigate the market whether they’re seeking investment properties, high-end luxury homes, or strategic commercial opportunities.

Originally from Omaha, I spent nearly a decade in New York City after earning my degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Now, as I transition to Scottsdale, I’m focused on growing my real estate ventures while helping others find their perfect home or investment property.

Beyond business, my greatest passion is my family my wife, and our two amazing daughters. They are my true inspiration and the driving force behind everything I do. When I’m not working, I’m constantly learning, exploring, and seeking out new experiences. Exotic cars, golf, travel, fine wine, and crafting the perfect cocktail are always top of mind after real estate.
