Charlie is an Arizona native. The youngest of five children he is the only one to follow in his Mother Flora’s footsteps and dedicate his career to helping those in need of buying or selling real estate. Charlie’s professional real estate career began in 1986 and he remains dedicated to serving the members of the Tempe Community and surrounding areas. He has worked full time in many different areas of the real estate industry and is an expert in marketing, negotiation, mortgage, and finance as a result. He also has extensive experience investing in real estate and has been personally involved in the purchase of nearly 90 properties. He is often sought out by local agents that represent buyers and sellers in the area for his expertise. Over the years Charlie has lived in many Arizona locals including Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, Phoenix, Gilbert, and even Sedona. And he has sold homes in every community in Arizona. His experience is invaluable in helping clients find the best fit for their home purchase. Charlie loves Arizona and has deep roots here. He is a family head with 3 children, Tyler, Kristen and Andy and has been happily married to Rhonda for 33 years. The Walters are the proud grandparents of Maggie, Marie and Leora, Tyler, and wife Amanda’s children. Charlie enjoys exploring the outdoors and relaxing at the family cabin in Forest Lakes in Arizona’s Mogollon Rim Country. Charlie enjoys cooking and the Walters love to entertain guests at their home and their cabin. Charlie works hard to be sure his clients receive the best possible representation.
