Charlotte Beck

Charlotte is a downtown real estate expert and has worked and lived in downtown Greenville and the Upstate of SC for over 25 years. She has watched and participated in the changes taking place over the past few decades in revitalizing Greenville's downtown!
Charlotte has been involved in real estate for her entire professional career even when she was not selling. The majority of that time was in client management and residential real estate lending in the banking industry. Her lending experience includes residential lot and construction lending as well, and she worked closely with buyers of residential homes throughout her career. Charlotte's connections to the best business professionals and her aptitude for detail is her strategy in getting clients to the closing table. Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University. She is a graduate of the South Carolina Bankers School, Furman Connections, and Wyatt Institute of real estate.
