About Charlotte

Charlotte Ransom McKenzie is 50% of the top selling Ransom-McKenzie Team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Working together with her mother, Connie Ransom, Charlotte relies on her expertise of Riverside’s rich history and varied neighborhoods to guide buyers and sellers through the difficult real estate market. A graduate of Scripps College in Claremont, Charlotte received a BA in International Relations and Japanese. Subsequently she has worked in tourism, hospitality and education before deciding to return to Riverside to settle in the home she grew up in.
Keeping up with current trends and training within the Inland Empire real estate market has never been more important than in today’s ever changing market. For Charlotte this training includes certification as a Short Sale and Foreclosure expert, graduation from the Chamber’s Riverside Leadership Program, as well as being a member of the City’s inaugural class for their Riverside Regents certification program. The previews designation has only been awarded to the top 8 percent of Coldwell Banker sales associates nationwide.
