I am a native of Howard County and have lived in Maryland my entire life. I began my real estate career in 1999 as a buyer’s agent on a team and am proud to have established myself as a respected leader & innovator in the industry. From 1999 to 2011, I was a Partner in the Pat Hiban Real Estate Group, where we were the #1 team in the world for three years in a row and the top five teams for six years, selling over $1 Billion worth of real estate. Together, Pat and I owned a top-producing Keller Williams Realty office as well. From 2012 to 2016, I worked with the owners of the Five Doors Network of Keller Williams Realty to launch one of the first and most successful expansion teams in the industry.
Today, I’m focusing all of my energy on my real estate team in Maryland, The Savoy Team of Keller Williams Realty. My vast knowledge of the real estate industry, commitment to being learning-based and deep commitment to helping my clients achieve their goals through real estate...make me the Agent you want to work with! I am a uniquely experienced agent and leader, and I’ve helped more than 4,500 clients with their home sales or purchase while growing some of the largest teams in the world.
I have taught other Realtors across the country about leading a successful real estate career and how they can build a profitable business that thrives in any market while having a fun and balanced life.
And maybe most importantly, in 2016, we launched a 501c3 charity funded entirely by our Real Estate sales business called “Just ONE Kid.” Our charity is currently feeding 226 kids in local schools every single weekend and providing school supplies and other needs to those same students and the teachers that serve them. It's the best part of the work that we do!
