My priorities are simple they're yours. When buying or selling a home you deserve a Realtor that takes the time to listen and find out what is important to you and put YOUR interest first.

As a native Californian, I grew up in San Diego and graduated from San Diego State with an English degree. I also lived in Oakland and Los Angeles before moving to Colorado where I stayed in the cold weather for three years. Returning back to the Bay Area in the mid 1990's, I have a house in Union City where I have remained ever since. I also completed a Masters of Business degree at Cal State - East Bay (Hayward). My two children (Nicki and Chris) have families of their own and my son, Chris, is even a grandfather himself.

Professionally I've worked in a variety of jobs but my longest interest has always been real estate (20+ years). I've worked as a Call Center supervisor and trainer for Kaufman and Broad (five years) and also spent many years as an agent for various companies and then became a broker. I even had a small firm, Request Realty, where I was the broker and owner. Presently, I'm affiliated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate.

I wish that all persons could own a home but a lot of people are not interested. Personally, I feel it is a wonderful way to build equity and credit. My goal is to get people excited about a purchasing or selling a home. It is one of the best ways a person can build wealth and own something of their own in today's market
