About Chase

I’m Chase Blanchard, a Columbia, Tennessee local who’s lived here virtually my whole life, long before real estate ever became my career. Over the last decade, I’ve built my business around one thing: helping people make smart moves with real estate, without losing the human side of it.

I got licensed young and learned early that success in this business isn’t about talking the most, it’s about showing up the most. I cut my teeth taking every opportunity I could get: floor calls, last-minute showings, tough conversations, and the behind-the-scenes work that turns “maybe” into “closed.” Over the years, I’ve served clients across Middle Tennessee and earned a reputation for being responsive, direct, and relentless about protecting the people I represent.

Today, I serve as the Managing Broker for SimpliHOM’s Columbia office and help lead a team of agents who are proud to call this area home. I’m deeply involved in our local market, neighborhood by neighborhood, because Columbia isn’t just where I work, it’s where my family and my roots are. I stay plugged into what’s changing and what’s coming next, from development and growth patterns to the small details that matter most to buyers and sellers like school zones, commute routes, lifestyle fit, and future resale.

My clients will tell you I bring a mix of calm confidence and real-world hustle to every deal. I love the strategy of negotiations, the thrill of a win, and the responsibility that comes with guiding someone through one of the biggest decisions of their life. Outside of real estate, I’m a community guy through and through. I serve as a board member for A Worthy Cause and I stay involved in local efforts that support families in need, including work connected to the Family Center here in town. I also love being part of the moments that bring people together, whether that’s hosting events as a DJ and MC or simply showing up and supporting what makes Columbia special.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on a golf course, or on the lake with my family, soaking up the time that matters most.
