About Chase

Chase started his real estate career in 2002. He has over twenty years of experience in sales, marketing, negotiation, and business development. He takes immense pride in his work with his enthusiastic and energetic approach, excellent service, communication, strong negotiation skills and customer satisfaction. Chase works with both buyers and sellers and has an extensive network of specialists which help assist with the buying and selling process alike. He is 100% committed to helping you through all aspects of your real estate transaction.

Prior to starting Costello Team, Chase worked for Merrell Lynch selling wholesale mortgages to banks and brokers from 2003 to 2008. He comes prepared with a complete knowledge of the transaction from start to finish. When he is not closing deals, Chase enjoys spending time with his wife Maria and two daughters, Kaia, and Chloe. A few of their favorite things to do is go on hikes, travel, eat out with friends and go to the movies. He absolutely loves watching his girls grow and get connected in their community. Chase is also a huge football fan and loves a good Mac and Cheese. Yum!

I had the pleasure of working with Chase, and MaryAnn Walker on a recent purchase where I was helping our buyers with their financing. Unfortunately, as we were approaching closing our purchase we discovered we had run into an unscrupulous builder/developer, who was not going to honor our contract and close the transaction. That's when Chase got involved. Although our clients my have won a suit over the seller's breach of contract, the grief to dollar ratio was not in their favor. MaryAnn quickly found them a replacement property that had come on the market and was an even better fit. Chase and MaryAnn's professionalism and client focus, navigating one of the most ridiculous scenarios I've seen in 20+ years in financing real estate, was tremendous.

He got us top dollar for selling our house! Chase came to us in a very professional manner and let us know what we had to do to sell our house for the best price. He gave us a timeline to be moved out based on the market and upcoming holidays and recommended some work that could help it sell. His team accomplished getting our house on the market the weekend before 4th of July and we reviewed offers better than we expected the following week. There were no bad surprises but plenty of great ones!
