I’m Chasiti Conroy, a real estate professional based in Apollo Beach, Florida, originally from Nashville, Tennessee. I relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2022 and joined the Calvert Home Team at 27 North Realty, where I continue to grow my business with a strong focus on integrity, strategy, and client care.
My passion for real estate started early. As an investor in the Nashville market, I was able to scale my personal investment portfolio to nearly $2 million by the time I was 26, which gave me a deep understanding of property value, market timing, and long-term wealth building. Today, I specialize in residential real estate, condo-hotel properties, short sales, and new development, bringing both investor insight and hands-on experience to every transaction.
I also enjoy helping families relocate between Florida and Tennessee, guiding them through cross-state moves with clarity, care, and confidence. Whether my clients are buying, selling, or investing, my goal is always to protect their interests and help them make informed decisions.
I’m a Christian, and my faith and integrity are reflected in my work and in every area of my life. Outside of real estate, I love plants, animals, and spending time with my two hairless cats and above all, I love Jesus.
