We started working with Chasty when houses were selling within hours of posting on the market. It felt intimidating to be first time home buyers, but Chasty was AMAZING. She explained everything about the process, has a great eye, and it was so evident that she really listened and cared about what we were looking for in a home. It was always so exciting to go look at a property and hear her say things like "You are going to love this pantry". She was very prompt at responding to our calls, texts, and emails. Chasty also has incredible people that she works with, including lenders, inspector, and real estate attorney. I am so incredibly thankful that Chasty was recommended to us!

Our experience with Chasty was exceptional! She is so knowledgeable. She was patient with us and explained the process of what to expect through out. Whenever we had questions she responded quickly with solutions, she kept us focused and hopeful throughout the buying and selling process.

Having spent Christmas in the hotel with a toddler, when we moved into our new house a few days later, she surprised our little guy with a Christmas tree! He was so delighted: we still have that tree!

We recommend her all the way!!!

We had been through hell with my previous realtor, and had honestly had given up on a house.. We had invested so much time, effort and money and ended up not closing any deals. We had 2 deals that feel through and has seen about 15 houses. (Sheesh) Then we spoke to Chas from Chasty Chapas, Cucci Realty and although hesitant we gave it another shot. When I say Chas and her team was a complete relief and turn around in this process I mean it.. It almost was effortless from our end. Chas had great communication, patients and execution..
