Chau Le helped me buy an adjacent house at the back of my building. I told her “ I have to get this house!” Then she worked with the listing agent to give me the best advice on my offer price. In summer time this year 2021, everyone offer higher prices but I got this house at the listing price. She also helped me lots after sale service on this house.
She is the best. Young energy ! Hard working ! Clever ! Smart ! Excellent negotiator !
