When we decided to move to Madison, the real estate market was hot! Through word of mouth, I was told that Chaunte was the best agent you could get in all of Huntsville/Madison. Well, choosing her to represent me was the best thing we did on our house hunt. She is very professional and has the energy to find what we were looking for. Every house was a bidding war. We had gone through several offerings but were not selected. Chaunte briefed us on the approach in making a bid on a house. Now, we have bought and sold houses all over the country for the past 40+ years but this market changed so much that we needed someone who had their head int the game and knew what to do. That person was Chaunte. Bottom line, we found the house we wanted, made an offer and we got it! All throughout this process Chaunte kept us informed on the status and if anything needed attention, she handled it right away. I cannot say enough about this wonderful person. She is the best and if you are in need of a real estate agent, look no further, she is the one!

I hold no reservation in offering Mrs. Vergnac an excellent review. She is flexible, responsive, and effective in finding just what you need! She works quickly and is happy to negotiate the best terms on your behalf. Ms. Vergnac is generous with sharing her vendors and contacts - this is important when you've just relocated to a new city. She provides superior customer service, and makes you feel as if you are her only client. When I am ready to begin my next home search, I will most certainly knock on her door again!!!
