Omg, where do I begin!!! This journey would have been every bit of amazing without our Agent Chelena Allen with us every step of the way. She has made this journey a smooth process. She only showed us homes that we were interested in and never showed us alternatives.Me and my husband are first-time home buyers and are very excited to have partnered with such wonderful agents. I can't say enough great things about Chelena Allen! From the very beginning of our interaction, she listened, provided guidance, and immediately went into action. She kept me informed every step of the way, and provided her experienced perspective as I considered what steps to take to get the home ready to be shown. I live in Atlanta, and she took the lead on seeing that a number of repairs were done, and looked over the work and sent pics to me to make sure I was satisfied. I wish we could give 10 stars! Chelena was amazing! She listed a house for us that was a former rental. Being that we aren't local to the area, we had a short window of time for any pre-market touch ups and she was well prepared with contacts that do the work in the period we needed. She also kept us updated on showings and made sure we understood what our options were the entire time. If you are looking for an experienced agent that will give you sound advice based on the market and not their opinion of what you should do, Chelena is definitely the person for the job! It was truly a seamless process as she did all the heavy lifting and there was nothing for us to do except understand the options and let her know what we wanted. Would highly recommend Chelena if you're in the market to buy or sell a home. Oh and did I mention we made all the pre-market changes she recommended and we were under contract in 4 days and closed in less than 60 days.
