With a background in real estate marketing and business development spanning more than two decades, Michelle “Chelle” Sims brings experience, strategy, and strong negotiation skills to every transaction. This consistent focus on results and service has placed her among the top-producing agents in Wisconsin and earned her Chairperson’s Circle recognition from 2022–2025.

Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor, Chelle served as Director of Marketing and Business Development for a local real estate company for over twenty years. That experience gave her a deep understanding of how to position homes in the market and how effective marketing and pricing strategies can make a meaningful difference in the outcome of a sale.

Chelle lives on the west side of Madison and has deep roots in the community. She is a strong advocate for people with disabilities (one of her grown children has autism) and has volunteered with several local non-profits.
