Chelsea Baczek

Carl Guild & Associates is proud to announce the addition of Chelsea Baczek to its team of real estate professionals. While newer to the real estate industry, with just over a year of experience, Chelsea brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the brokerage.

Chelsea also works as a Program Coordinator for a non-profit organization that supports adult foster care homes throughout Connecticut. This role required her to learn about various towns and their surrounding features, as well as understand what to look for in a home regarding safety features and physical features that could potentially be problematic.

Chelsea grew up in Durham, Connecticut, and currently resides in East Hampton, Connecticut, with her husband and two young boys. She has always had a passion for helping others. This, combined with her experience as a Program Coordinator, makes her an ideal real estate agent dedicated to helping her clients find their dream homes.

In addition to her work in real estate, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and taking pictures. She also enjoys camping and the beach.
