Chelsea Jordan

I was born and raised on the Outer Banks and have a deep love and appreciation for the lifestyle we get to live here on our little island.

I spent my early twenties in South Carolina studying at the University of South Carolina, earning my Bachelors of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, minoring in Retail and Fashion Merchandising.

Although I loved my college experience (go Gamecocks!), there was a constant pulling for me to come back to the beach where I grew up and adore so much. Growing up as a local of the area, there is a true behind the scenes of all things Outer Banks. From morning walks to sunset bike rides, coffee shops to a fun evening out, the locals of our area truly have their own perspective of places to find ourselves.

After years of working various jobs, including Marketing Assistant at Coldwell Banker, I saw an opportunity to put these years of knowing our island to good use. I now work as a Real Estate Agent for Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty of the Outer Banks and love the idea of bringing people to a place that offers so much, or finding people the new home they have been dreaming of for years.

If I am not in the office, I am taking my adorable French Bulldog, Fitz (Fitzgerald Jones Jordan) to the beach or a stroll on the soundside, but never out of reach and always eager to get people started on a journey into their new home.
