Chelsea Krueger

Chelsea loves everything about living in Durango! Upon graduating from Durango High School, Chelsea left Durango excited about the opportunities in a bigger city. After getting her degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and spending a year working in Europe after college, she was more eager than ever to return to the beautiful town she calls home. She loves the tight knit community, gorgeous year-round weather, & the miles of trails right outside her front door. Since 2005, Chelsea has been gaining experience as a licensed Realtor in the Durango area market. Chelsea spent her first two years working alongside one of the top producing brokers at her firm, where she learned valuable negotiation skills, transaction management and customer service. Chelsea also spent two years selling real estate as an in-house broker for a custom home builder, gaining experience in land development and the construction process. While working for the builder, Chelsea refined her skills in vacant land sales and investment properties, working primarily in the resort/second home markets. In July of 2010, Chelsea joined the Wells Group to work independently as a broker, selling both vacant lands, residential, & commercial properties. Chelsea has been ranked numerous times among the top fifty highest producing brokers out of the 290 Durango area brokers. Whether her clients are first time buyers or repeat investors, she loves educating them about the local market and the buying/selling process.
