About Chelsie

‘Spicy’ Relocation Expert
Chelsie Clark brings passion, purpose, and a personal touch to every real estate transaction. While she’s skilled in helping clients buy and sell all types of properties, Chelsie is a true expert when it comes to military relocation. Having grown up in a military family and moved frequently—both across the U.S. and overseas in Germany—she understands the emotional and logistical
challenges that come with every PCS (Permanent Change of Station). Her deep appreciation for the meaning of “home” and the power of community is what drives her to serve others during times of transition.
Chelsie’s husband, Brian, is in the US Air Force, and together they moved every two years for the first part of his career —an experience that deeply shaped her understanding of what military families go through. "We were constantly on the move," she says. "That life taught me resilience, but also the need for stability
during chaotic times."
Known affectionately as "Spicy" by family and friends, Chelsie is a natural problem solver with a heart for service. Her strong mothering instincts and no-nonsense work ethic were on full display during her years of service at the Veterans Affairs Hospital. It was a frustrating home-buying experience in New Mexico that ultimately inspired her to enter real estate. When their
agent failed to show up at settlement—and the lender abruptly canceled the closing—Chelsie and her young family were left scrambling, already packed up and without a place to go.“I remember thinking, ‘This should never happen to anyone,’” she recalls. That moment sparked a mission: to create the kind of real estate experience she wished she’d had—one built on empathy, communication, and unwavering support.
Today, Chelsie meets her clients exactly where they are. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating across the country, or navigating the emotional complexities of a major move, Chelsie ensures you feel heard, prepared, and empowered every step of the way.
Chelsie is also a proud advocate for children with special needs, inspired by her own journey raising an autistic child. She brings that same compassion and understanding into her work with families from all walks of life.
When she's not working, Chelsie treasures time with her family—whether exploring new local restaurants, relaxing by the beach, or diving into a good book (especially a murder mystery). Her Nordic heritage is symbolized through a series of meaningful tattoos, and her love for animals is evident in her lively household, which includes two dogs, Maverick, a Cane Corso, Lola, a French Bulldog, and two Cats, Colt and Ruger.
