I want to say that choosing the right broker makes all the difference. As a single woman trying to find a broker that I felt had my best interest at heart was not easy. Ladies there is a "boys club" in real estate and I felt as comfortable as golffish in a shark tank and one who on an appointment to list my property encouraged me to drop my price because he was serving the interests of buyer who turned out to be a family member. I chose Cheri because she had my back and my property sold fast and at my asking price. She is honest acted as MY agent and had my best interests at heart. She is trustworthy and ethical and I would not recommend anyone else. She made it so easy and it was a very positive experience. Making the wrong choice in agents can really cost you when selling your property. Thank God for her. I'm so glad she was my agent! It was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
