I was looking to buy a home for my son to live n while he was attending LECOM. We are not from the area and had no idea where to start. Cherie was recommended to me by a friend and I could not have been happier with her! We had limited time to look at houses and she worked with us via email and phone to get a list of houses to look at. We made 2 trips to Erie and found an absolutely perfect house the 2nd time there. Cherie has remained in touch and I am looking forward to purchasing another property in Erie in the near future. She is the best!
