In 1979, while living on the island of Kauai, Cherie Tsukamoto decided to enter the field of real estate. Fast forward 40 years and she can unequivocally say that it was one of the best and most life-changing decisions of her life. Her small beginning on Kauai became an adventure of a lifetime!
As the broker-in-charge of Hawaii Life's East Oahu office, Cherie continues to serve her clients and community with the same passion and enthusiasm that set her on this path many years ago. It's been quite a ride and one that she expects to continue for years to come!
Over the years, Cherie has had the privilege of helping countless buyers and sellers navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. Whether representing a first-time buyer or a high-end property, she has experienced the gamut. She believes in real estate as an investment and loves helping people grow their real estate portfolios. Cherie enjoys the relationships that are forged through each transaction, and she gains a lot of satisfaction in representing her client's best interest. Her forte is problem-solving, overcoming objections, and seeing a transaction through to successful completion.
Cherie lives, works, and plays in the beautiful community of Hawaii Kai, and she counts herself fortunate to reside within walking distance to Sandy's Beach, the Hawaii Kai golf course, and the Koko Crater Botanical Gardens. All three of her children grew up playing sports, and most of her Saturdays were spent on neighborhood soccer fields, basketball courts, and baseball bleachers. Her roots go down deep here, and she loves this marina-front community she calls home. As empty-nesters, Cherie's husband and she now enjoy quiet dinners, good books, beach days, and serving in their local church.
