CHERLOTTA IS THE BEST!! We bought a home in Granger in 2018. It took us a year to finally be able to move here. We are from Calif and our home there sold and fell through 3 times so along with all of that 3 homes here fell through too. On top of that I am a retired realtor so I can be a real CHALLENGE to work with. Cherlotta worked with me( and put up with me) all that time, was very professional, always on top of things and always had our best interest in the forefront. When we were finally ready and able to close on our purchase, Cherlotta was right there and insisted we not sluff off 2 issues that in fact turned out to be major. We were so anxious to have the purchase close that we were going to let those things go but we are so grateful for her and her diligence and knowledge and patience. I would recommend her in a heart-beat to anyone wanting to work with the BEST!!!

Cherlotta is an absolute gem!!! We were first time home buyers in the crazy cut throat 2020 house market and she coached us step by step through the whole process. She answered all of our questions and always made herself available to talk or text. She was very good about explaining what was going to happen when and our options based on how things would go in different scenarios. We were so blessed to have her as our realtor and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home whether buying or selling.

Cherlotta Goss was actually the seller's agent in our home purchase but she was very helpful with the process of our house becoming our home. She was available by phone for every single question we had. If she did not know the answer, she found it. She was reassuring as our sale moved forward and a lien was found. This was a new situation to us and she was very supportive and went the extra mile to speed up the process as much as possible. Cherlotta is personable and compassionate. She comes from a military family which means alot to us as Freedom is NOT free. Thank you Cherlotta for our home! We love it!
