We cannot say enough about how Cheryl Bare and Melinda Sasscer of Cherylhomes.com helped us in the sale of our home. Their professional services were the best, but time and again they went above and beyond to help us, from promotion and prepping for showings to finding good potential buyers and finalizing the sale. Nothing was too much trouble, every question was answered, and they were there 24/7 throughout the process. Before we found them through a recommendation, our house had been on the market for months, and we thought it would never sell. It turns out the problem wasn’t our house or our price point; the problem was our previous realtor. To be fair, it's tough to be measured against the very best. After Cheryl and her team came on board, we had offers in two weeks and shortly after that a sale we are really pleased with. I don't think realtors make much money at all on things like that, but Cheryl took her time, explained things to me and found us some good tenants in addition to helping in other areas. Susan & I want to express how pleased we have been that Cheryl Bare and her Century 21 New Millennium team of experts helped us navigate the sometimes turbulent waters of residential real estate transactions over the years. Chefyl represented us on 3 sales, 1 purchase, and 2 referrals over the years.

We met Cheryl when seeking to sell Susan's mothers house in Waldorf, MD. Cheryl lit up the room with her personality and impressed us with her thorough knowledge and presentation. She alwsys had a can-do attitude, and energy, providing us with the peace of mind that we were in good hands letting her take care of the entire process. When we decided to sell our rental properties, Cheryl and her staff worked hard to make this whole process much easier than it could have been. Cheryl and Malinda understand our needs, and they worked tirelessly, efficiently, and with quality service to understand our needs and preferences. They gave us our options, made recommendations, worked out an excellent deal, and kept us informed. They took all the trepidation out of selling both of our rental homes. Cheryl and Jenna were absolutely amazing in helping my family find and close on our dream home. Cheryl is always fun to talk with, her positive energy goes a long way and is much needed during a stressful time. She is also extremely accurate on her predictions for home movement. Anytime she gave us her opinion on how long a home would stay on the market she nailed it. Jenna also put in a ton of effort on our behalf. We probably had her drive across Maryland twice in an attempt to find a home that fit our needs and wants. On top of that, she was very punctual and kept us updated on each home. They were both very honest, anytime they walked a home they told us up front whether they thought it was a good value and what repairs/upgrades we would have to invest in order to sell later. Don’t think twice, they’re the best for a reason!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and truly had no idea what we were doing, but luckily we had Cheryl and Mallory to assist us during the entire process.
