Cheryl Butcher

As a top-producing real estate agent in the Greater Lafayette Area, I’m here to provide you with the resources and information you need to buy or sell real estate. I work with buyers and sellers in West Lafayette, Lafayette, Battle Ground, Dayton, Brookston and the surrounding areas and I’ve had extensive training in the latest real estate marketing strategies. I have been an agent for the past 22 years and I have been working and living in the Greater Lafayette Area for over 45 years. I’m confident that I can offer you knowledge and tools to make either your home buying or selling experience successful.
I have a BS degree from Management and a MA degree in Educational Computing and Instruction Design -- both from Purdue University. My previous careers have included a Systems Engineer with IBM, adjunct faculty at both Purdue University and IVY Tech Community College and a technical consultant for Lafayette School Corporation. I have a great deal of experience with many of the businesses in our community as well as the world of education.
I am an active volunteer in our community as well serving currently on the Board of the LTHC Homeless Services and the Marquis Foundation. Previous Boards that I have served on are Lafayette , YWCA, Sycamore Girl Scouts, and Tippecanoe Council on Aging. I was honored in 2007 by the Lafayette Association of Realtors as Realtor of the Year and in 2009 and 2015 by receiving the Professional Standards Award. I am currently serving on the IRMLS Board of Directors and have been appointed to NAR's Agent Safety Committee.
