Luckily for Cheryl's clients, her husband, an art director, understands the importance of critical deadlines. If you've ever read the book "THE FIVE LOVE LANGUAGES" Cheryl's top 2 are "acts of service" and "quality time". She believes she's exceptionally good in her profession because with a complicated process, one needs to enjoy what they are doing as they take the time explaining the process. Her job gives her the venue to express her essence. Cheryl is both creative and analytical. In the beginning or her career she apprenticed with a top residential appraiser, which taught her how to analyse the real estate market through the viewpoint of different agenda's: the seller, the buyer, the lender, the relocation companies. Her clients love her service so much that the majority of her business is family referring family, friends, co workers, and neighbors. Dallas is a blessed metroplex, there are so many exceptional REALTORS in the area, Cheryl strongly believes the reason she is a good REALTOR is because she is surrounded with many talented, educated, caring people. Metrotex Board of REALTORS has over 20,000 members, the Dallas metroplex has over 7 million people, Cheryl is proud to be in an industry that exemplifies the purpose and vision of a REALTOR.

I had such a great experience the first time I hired Cheryl, I have used here as both buyer and seller multiple times over the years, and she has also provided stellar results for several family members. I have worked with other realtors in the past, and never worked with anyone else who had the work ethic, communication skills, and knowledge of real estate as Cheryl. She is adept at modern selling and buying tools and technologies and tools and is always prompt when responding to all forms of communication.

Cheryl Drane was recommended to me by a friend and I was looking for a specific style of home in the Dallas area. Cheryl was quick to show me houses in my range and did not waste my time. I was impressed with her level of knowledge about the process of getting over the challenges that came up after I had signed the contract to buy. We looked at several houses before buying and she was patient to look for just what I wanted. The thing that impressed me most was her ability to really listen to what I said and help me with the process. I would tell a friend to be patient with the process and trust Cheryl to take care of the little details with personal attention to what they need.

When it came time for me to buy a home, Cheryl Drane Skipworth was the first name that came to mind. She is a rare realtor--one who actually listens to your needs and desires and shows you houses that fit them! Her knowledge of the various areas of DFW and the kinds of houses available, the school systems, and the culture makes her a real asset to a house search. I know I am used to doing a lot of research on my own before making big purchases, and Cheryl was able to take a lot of that burden away from me. I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a home in the DFW area, whether they are a newcomer or a long-time resident.
