About Cheryl

Cheryl Dunson joined Provenance Realty Group in the fall of 2019. She is originally from Atlanta, Georgia where she grew up and where she raised her son. Her first career was with BellSouth in IT Operations, IT Training, and Project Management. With a young child, she moved from corporate life to entrepreneurship rehabbing homes, buying rentals, and becoming a licensed Realtor. Once her son left for college, she returned to college for her master’s degree and has since worked across the southeast.

Her real estate sales life has always been in “lifestyle” projects. In Atlanta, it was in a large, planned community with one hundred miles of golf cart trails, tennis, golf, pools, and fun or in trendy midtown gentrification. In Conway, Arkansas, she worked and lived (and loved) completing a traditional neighborhood development and most recently worked in a retirement, gated community in Arkansas. She is delighted to be part of the team at Provenance!
