Cheryl is the best. She is prompt to answer questions and will work hard to find you what you need. I would not have viewed my current home if it weren't for her advice and assistance. We love our home and our realtor. I've use her services both to sell and buy.

We've used Cheryl to both buy and sell houses, and she has always gone above and beyond to help us (in every sense of the word). She's responsive to calls, texts, and emails, she's given us great advice when we were unsure what to do, and has even checked in with us after sales to make sure we're settling into a new place well. I was able to enjoy every step of the process and not worry about anything (a pretty big thing for me), because I could trust that Cheryl was taking care of what she said she would. We've lived all over the county and in numerous houses, so have used many realtors, and I can say without hyperbole, Cheryl is the best we've ever worked with. I'd recommend her to anyone, especially if your the anxious type and want to feel secure with your choice and know that someone is looking out for you.

We were looking for a few years to find a home in the crazy market. She has always been helpful and responsive even after we gave up on finding something in our budget. When we started looking again recently she was very helpful in helping us buy our new land which is not what we were looking for at first but we're so excited about the new house to come.
If you are looking for someone to help you with the process of getting a home or land Cheryl is the greatest. This was the first time we've ever taken this step in looking and was so helpful in explaining how it worked and helping all the way through the process. We're looking forward to have her come out to the new house when it's done and thank her for all the hard work she did to get us our dream home for our family
