Cheryl is a residential sales specialist with experience in Real Estate. A graduate
of Texas Tech University and former faculty member of Monterey High School, she strives to maintain an
awareness of the needs of the Lubbock community residents.

After receiving her license in 1974, Cheryl began developing a reputation for reliability and dedication to
her customers. Her expertise consistently places her in Coldwell Banker's Multi-Million Dollar Club, and
her specialization is listing property and getting it sold.

Over the last 10 years, Cheryl has consistently closed a home every 3.5 days with a majority of that volume coming from her sold listings.
