I met Cheryl through a friend who is a real estate investor. At that time I had recommended her to my ex-husband who was selling his home, when it was still a tough real estate market. The house had been listed three or four times previously. Cheryl got it done extremely quickly for a much higher price than anyone else had predicted. In addition she and her husband ended up helping the move happen in time for closing (at 4:30 AM!! In the pouring rain). I then used her again when it was time for me to purchase my next home… It was a LONG search Cheryl was unbelievably patient, supportive and kind through this process!! She found us the perfect home and helped us negotiate a price that worked for us up against 10 other offers in one of the toughest fastest real estate markets we’ve seen in decades!! She truly is the best of the best!! And I hope to use her again and again and again for all of my real estate needs and to call her friend for the rest of my days!!
