This was the second transaction I had the pleasure of working with Cheryl on. The first one closed right before the pandemic hit and the most recent house sold quickly mid pandemic. There was a lot of additional work she and her team needed to execute to maintain safety for both buyers and sellers. She does the preparation to understand the market and how your property situates in the current market based upon multiple factors. She works diligently to move the process through to settlement. No drama for either transaction. Would use her again if the opportunity presented itself. Had interviewed other realtors but her integrity focused approach distinguished her from other agents.
