I had my first home buying experience with Cheryl over 20 years ago. Since then I have both bought a second home, and most recently, sold a home with her as my agent. Over the 20+ years I have known & done business with Cheryl, she has been unfailing patient, kind, professional, and knowledgeable in her field. She knows so many major players in the real estate world & that is tremendously helpful. I literally cannot count the number of properties (some in far flung areas) she has patiently shown my family. Self disclosure - we had very unique floor plan needs, location requirements, and a strict budget to go along with my anxiety over moving. Cheryl handled all of that like the consummate professional she is. Bonus points - she's also hilarious & very practical. Recently, we listed & sold our family home with Cheryl. This was a home that we were extremely emotionally attached to & had very mixed emotions about selling, but for a variety of reasons it was the best choice for our family. Cheryl hand held me through lots of big feelings & stress & made a difficult process far less painful. Our family moved out of our former home into our new residence nearly an hour & a half away before we listed our original home for sale. That made monitoring the condition of the house & especially the pool quite challenging but Cheryl helped tremendously in that process. Within 24 hours of listing we had nearly a dozen showings, multiple above asking price offers, & a solid contract. We closed without a hitch only 3 weeks later. Cheryl accomplished all of that after the market had begun to cool significantly, interest rates had doubled year over year, and in a less than prime neighborhood. We couldn't be more pleased with the sale process of our home & are truly grateful to Cheryl for her assistance & friendship.

I've worked with Cheryl on two home purchases and one sale to date, and based on that I never want to work with anyone else if I can avoid it! Real estate transactions can be stressful, especially to us civilians. Cheryl is one of the best I've seen at simplifying the process, keeping it on track, and calming my fears as the inevitable speedbumps get hit. She's got the experience, which means very little surprises her. She also is very well-connected in Memphis, which has come in handy many times. Best of all, she never leaves any doubt that she's here to help you get the best deal possible with the least amount of hassle. I highly recommend her.
