Mrs. Malagon has been all we could have asked for in a Realtor, she went above and beyond! When we flooded her with listings we wanted to look at, she took time to gather information to include but not limited to: Aerial views, tax info, land restrictions, property accessibility, purchase history, available utilities, neighborhood, schools and much more. We did put down some things we had to have like RV accessibility, storage buildings for the "Toy's" and of course had to have Mountain Views. Mrs. Malagon did the research before we visited and eliminated those listings that did not accommodate what we wanted. She offered alternatives we did not think of to aid us in making the right decision.
